Payment Terms and Conditions

How we process your card details.

1. Deposit: Your payment card is stored securely to confirm your booking. 

Payment terms: Your card will be charged the full booking value on the morning of the arrival date. Any additional items added during your stay will be charged on departure.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel for free up to two full days before the day of arrival. Cancellation less than two full days before arrival, or a no-show (not turning up without advance warning of cancellation) will incur a late cancellation penalty of the full value of the booking.

     Refund Policy: No refunds will be due for payments charged for late cancellations or no shows. Any refunds that may become due for other payments received will be returned by the same method as the original payment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
